Inclement Weather: We will work in most weather. Severe weather conditions
such as extreme cold, snow, or heavy rains will prevent us from
providing the
best service to you. In these rare instances we will contact you as soon as
possible and reschedule for another day.
Holidays: We do not provide service on the
following daysÉ
Gates: At least one accessible gate must be left unlocked on
the day your service is scheduled. We will not climb your fence. If we arrive at your house
and cannot enter your yard, we will leave and come back on your next
scheduled service date. We will waive the fee the first time, but any
subsequent instance you will be charged full price.
Dogs: In most cases we can work while your dog is in the yard. If
we feel threatened by your dog then we will have to leave. We will notify you
of the problem. If your dog has a habit of trying to escape while he sees an
open gate, please keep him secured. Any subsequent visit in which we cannot
get the job done because of your dog, we will leave and you will be charged
full price for the visit.
Rescheduling: If you need to skip a scheduled service day (You will be
on vacation, etc.) please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Billing: You will receive a bill at the end of each month you have
scheduled service. You will
be charged an additional $3 fee for any late payments. If you need another
payment method please contact us as soon as possible.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: We will do our best to provide you with great service.
If you are not completely satisfied please let us know right away. We will
make arrangements to re-clean your yard or will credit your account.
